How will it help me?
The Fast Track Strategic workshop has been designed to incorporate all the best practice the Growing your Business and Raising Finance workshops into a bite-size one-day fast track option.
The Strategic workshop will concentrate on how a company can grow successfully (as opposed to unsuccessfully) providing a recognised processes for building and executing your very owned business plan. The workshop will also explore the different ways of raising finance and how you, as a business, ensure you are financially ready to receive financial investment.
What will I learn?
The workshop will introduce the Balanced Scorecard as a means of preparing a Business Plan before exploring each component part and why the Customer, People, Business and Financial perspective are all critical components in growing a successful business. Time will then be spent exploring how companies are valued and the difference between Debt & Equity and sources of alterative finance.
