Fast Track - Operational
How will it help me?
The Fast Track Operational workshop has been designed to incorporate all the best practice the Understanding Finance, Financial Planning and Money Management workshops into a bite-size one-day fast track option.
The Operational workshop will concentrate on the financial nuts and bolts of running a business focusing on those areas that are critical from a day-day perspective. This will include the exploring the levers a business can pull to increase sales and profit, through to understanding the impact of discounting and the dangers of overtrading.
What will I learn?
The main focus for this workshop will be to concentrate of the core financial statements of the business, the importance of planning and budgeting whilst exploring the fundamentals of cash flow and working capital management.
