Modules and Workshops
Our series of workshops are designed to encourage individual and group interaction and participation. This is achieved through challenging you in a relaxed environment without being too overwhelming or confusing.
The workshops are designed to demystify the aura that surrounds finance and commercial acumen workshops and provide a blend of theory, discussion, group presentations and experiential applied learning all within a safe, competitive and fun environment.
If all five Understanding Finance modules are completed you will receive professional accreditation. Alternatively you can choose the individual workshops that you feel will be beneficial.
Where do I start?
We have five bespoke modules covering all key areas of business finance available to businesses in the North East. Depending on your financial knowledge, we recommend you attend the Understanding Finance workshop in the first instance before signing up for any of the other modules, as this covers the basics. The other four modules do assume a basic level of financial knowledge, which is imparted during Understanding Finance.
This will help you gauge what level you are at in terms of financial knowledge, and from there you will be able to decide which, if not all of the other modules you wish to attend. After attending module one you’re free to do the workshops in any order you wish.
